TERMS & CONDITIONS
PREAMBLE
Keybood Travel offers travel organization services and activities with a guide to the requested destination.
As regulations and legislation may change, Keybood Travel reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale accordingly to comply with such regulatory or legislative changes.
Keybood Travel may modify or adapt these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The updated terms shall be applicable upon their online publication. However, these modifications will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
Article 1 – PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the relationship between Keybood Travel and any non-trading individual (hereinafter referred to as "Client") in connection with the sale of services offered by Keybood Travel on www.keybood.travel and its social media platforms.
Any order, accepted quote, or service agreement entered into with Keybood Travel implies the Client's unconditional acceptance of these GTC. By accepting, the Client certifies having read and understood the terms and acknowledges the contractual obligations they undertake with Keybood Travel. The Client also declares having full legal capacity to engage under these GTC.
Article 2 – SERVICES & PRICING
The service prices are expressed in euros (€) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and are displayed inclusive of all taxes (including a 20% VAT), unless otherwise specified. All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros (€) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
Keybood Travel offers the following services:

Organization of explorations in Southeast Asia and France

Flight ticket booking assistance
-
Provision of a digital or PDF travel guide
-
WhatsApp assistance from booking until the return date
The applicable service price is the one in effect on the date of the order.
Article 3 – CONTACT METHODS
The Client may contact Keybood Travel via the contact form on www.keybood.travel, its social media channels, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Article 4 – BOOKING & PAYMENT
4.1. Booking Conditions
All bookings must be made through Keybood Travel’s official channels: website, email, or agency. The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit payment.
4.2. Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

The balance must be paid according to the agreed terms at the time of booking and no later than 30 days before departure.

For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
Article 5 – CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
5.1. Cancellation by the Client

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt).

The applicable cancellation fees are as follows:

More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost.

Between 59 and 30 days before departure: 60% of the total trip cost.
-
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost.

5.2. Cancellation for Non-Payment
If the balance is not paid within the required timeframe, Keybood Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking. Deposits paid will be retained as compensation.
5.3. Modification by the Client
Any modification request (dates, participants, services) will be reviewed subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Article 6 – RESPONSABILITIES

Article 7 – CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
7.1. Travel Documents
It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the validity of their passport, visas, vaccinations, and other necessary travel documents.
7.2. Behavior
The Client must behave respectfully towards other participants and service providers. Any serious misconduct may result in exclusion from the trip without refund.
Article 8– TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, FORMALITIES & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Regarding entry requirements, information provided by Keybood Travel is for guidance only and may change. Clients must check with the relevant authorities before departure. All formalities and associated costs (customs, health measures, vaccinations) are the Client’s sole responsibility.
Keybood Travel does not provide coverage for illness or hospitalization during the trip. Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, including medical repatriation and cancellation insurance.
Keybood Travel recommends consulting the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s website for updates on political and health conditions in the destination country before and during the trip.
Article 9– INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the www.keybood.travel website and its social media platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Keybood Travel, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of any website content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Keybood Travel.
Unauthorized use of any part of the website will be considered infringement and subject to legal action under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Article 10– PERSONAL DATA
Data collected during booking is processed in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on personal data protection. Clients have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
Article 11– GOVERNING LAW 1 JURISDICTION
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. The contract is written in French, and in case of translation, the French version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
